At the same time, Elvish Yadav's troubles seem to be increasing in the case related to drugs and snake venom in the rave party. Let us tell you that the Allahabad High Court has rejected Elvish Yadav's petition in the rave party case. Elvish had demanded the cancellation of the charge sheet filed.

Justice Saurabh Srivastava's bench has rejected Elvish Yadav's petition. The bench said that statements have been recorded against him in both the FIR and the charge sheet. The judge said that the truth of these allegations will be investigated during the trial. The court also said that Elvish has not challenged the FIR itself in his petition.

Actually, Elvish Yadav had demanded the cancellation of the chargesheet filed in Allahabad High Court in the case of organizing rave party and misuse of snake venom. Elvish was accused of organizing rave party and inviting foreigners to it. After the chargesheet was filed, Elvish Yadav was also issued summons by the Judicial Magistrate of Gautam Buddha Nagar. A petition was also filed on behalf of Elvish, in which it was said that neither any snake nor any narcotic substance was recovered from him. Along with this, he was not involved in all this at all.

Let us tell you that Elvish Yadav has been in the headlines for quite some time in the Noida snake venom case. The YouTuber was arrested by the Noida Police earlier this year. Police said that a case was registered under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and criminal conspiracy under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code. A week later, Elvish Yadav got bail on a bail bond of Rs 50,000. Talking about this, his lawyer Prashant Rathi told the media, "Our argument in this case was that he was falsely accused and no substance was found from him or his friends which violates the NDPS Act. The court has granted bail to Elvish Yadav and his two friends on two sureties of Rs 50,000".
